Extra Care Scheme Manager / Supported Living Manager required for one of the largest care providers in the UK. Working across 3 sites in BB2 & BB3, Blackburn locations (Mon-Fri 9-5) £32,965 + Benefits.

The role of the Extra Care Scheme Manager is to manage the day-to-day activity and to grow a successful care team who individually deliver personal care services to our service users. In the running of the branch, you will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented. You will also be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations across the three extra care schemes
  • Leading and developing a multidisciplinary care team
  • Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Managing care delivery, rotas, and service performance
  • Supporting audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
