Join one of the UKs largest and most established domiciliary care providers. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager / Deputy Manager / Senior Care Coordinator to support the effective running of a busy homecare branch.
Experience in domiciliary care is essential. As Care Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality care delivery. You will supervise office staff, deputise for the Branch Manager when required, and support all operational functions including:
- Rostering & care coordination
- Community care delivery
- Payroll
- Complaints & reporting
- Ensure safe, legal and compliant delivery of services
- Uphold company values in all aspects of service delivery
- Implement London Care policies and procedures
- Manage Coordinators and Supervisors alongside the Registered Care Manager
- Support all aspects of care staff training
- Organise and deliver Care Worker Induction Training
- Lead regular staff meetings with the Registered Manager and Supervisors
- Ensure legal and ethical running of day-to-day operations
- Work within regulatory legislation, standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate records in line with legal requirements
- Plan and implement staff supervisions and appraisals
- Deliver ongoing staff development in line with service needs
- Monitor health & safety in the office and in the field
- Hold shared responsibility for all staff alongside the Registered Manager
- Manage quality control systems (uniforms, PPE, stationery etc.)
- Support complaints management and performance protocols
- Participate in the on-call rota, responding flexibly to emergencies
