Join one of the UKs largest and most established domiciliary care providers. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager / Deputy Manager / Senior Care Coordinator to support the effective running of a busy homecare branch.

Experience in domiciliary care is essential (even if not your current role). As Care Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality care delivery. You will supervise office staff, deputise for the Branch Manager when required, and support all operational functions including:

  • Rostering & care coordination
  • Community care delivery
  • Payroll
  • Complaints & reporting
  • Ensure safe, legal and compliant delivery of services
  • Uphold company values in all aspects of service delivery
  • Implement London Care policies and procedures
  • Manage Coordinators and Supervisors alongside the Registered Care Manager
  • Support all aspects of care staff training
  • Organise and deliver Care Worker Induction Training
  • Lead regular staff meetings with the Registered Manager and Supervisors
  • Ensure legal and ethical running of day-to-day operations
  • Work within regulatory legislation, standards and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records in line with legal requirements
  • Plan and implement staff supervisions and appraisals
  • Deliver ongoing staff development in line with service needs
  • Monitor health & safety in the office and in the field
  • Hold shared responsibility for all staff alongside the Registered Manager
  • Manage quality control systems (uniforms, PPE, stationery etc.)
  • Support complaints management and performance protocols
  • Participate in the on-call rota, responding flexibly to emergencies
