Fantastic opportunity for a fully remote luxury B2B Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager to join this Interior Design & Art Agency. Our client sources large deals, primarily with the luxury hospitality & hotel industries across the UK, Europe & beyond - they offer Art, Mirrors, Specialist Glass, Bespoke Feature Wallpaper, Tailor-Made Unique Internal Signage etc.
You will be of graduate calibre and have a proven track record in B2B sales which you must be able to demonstrate with stats/metrics; ideally, you will have worked with luxury hospitality, luxury hotels, interior design, high-end residential or art sectors this would be preferred!
You will ideally have some of your own networks & leads; however, the business has strong CRM data held with leads to chase. This will involve finding the right person to approach & adopting a tenacious approach to get your foot in the door. You need to be exceptional at new business development & self-sourcing, and have the ability to close large deals. Some deals can have longer lead times, so they are looking for longevity & someone who comes from a stable background.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Prospecting: Conduct high-volume prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement, to create qualified leads.
- Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine their fit and potential value to the company.
- CRM Management: Utilise the HubSpot CRM platform to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation metrics, and progress toward goals.
- Ensure personal sales/financial targets are met/exceeded; closing large deals.
- Overseeing special projects and entry to new markets where relevant.
- Oversight and management of large-scale sales lifecycles ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and with a high level of client satisfaction.
- Events and networking - be an ambassador at relevant hospitality sector events (may be some evenings or weekends at times).
- Strong experience in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality, hotels, design or art industry.
- Strong CRM experience, ideally HubSpot or similar, as well as ability to network via LinkedIn & social media.
- Experience of managing complex projects across the full sales lifecycle.
- Experience of closing significant deals.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed financial revenue targets.
- Strong project management skills to manage deals from end to end.
- Excellent client servicing skills with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
- A network and experience in the hospitality, hotels, interior design or high-end residential sectors is desirable.
You will work remotely, with occasional travel for events or meetings; however, most of the work can be done remotely.
Basic salary of circa £35-45K plus circa £25K+ OTE (flexibility for the right candidate!).
