Warehouse Operative - Bracknell

Blue Arrow is recruiting for experienced, full time Warehouse Operatives/Material Handler in Bracknell (RG12) area. You will ideally have experience working in a warehouse environment.

This is a temporary (ongoing) role.

Key information:

1. Job Role – Material Handler/Warehouse Operative
2. Hours – Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
3. Pay Rate – £12.96p/h

Please note a DBS basic check will be required before starting this role.

Duties:

1. Supports team lead and other team members in all day-to-day activities.
2. Inventory control & cycle counting.
3. Goods receiving.
4. Goods picking & packing for outbound.
5. Meeting SLAs & KPI targets.
6. Ensure daily housekeeping is maintained.
7. Processing outbound material/orders as per work instruction.
8. Communicating with other teams and providing the best service available daily.

Required skills:

1. Worked in warehousing – minimum 2 years.
2. Previous experience on WMS – SAP/JDA.
3. Good English verbal and written skills.
4. Excellent numerical skills.
5. Handled Stock picking, packing and shipping.
6. Managed Inventory control & cycle counting.
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications, particularly Excel & Word.
8. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
9. Completing tasks in a timely and effective manner.
10. Multitasking with high attention to detail.
11. Strong communication and organization skills.
