Our client is one of the UK's leading bakery manufacturers with over 130 years of baking experience that make up their iconic and much-loved brands. They produce bread and bakery products, delivering around 1.3 million loaves every day of the week throughout the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for Production Operatives for their Belfast site to work across all departments on an ongoing Temp basis. Permanent opportunities may be available to suitable candidates.

Key Info:
  • Position: Production Operative
  • Location: Belfast, BT12 6LP
  • Pay rate: Day shifts £11.44, Night shifts £11.75 (Pay progression opportunities)
  • Days/hours of Work: Day Shift - 06:00 to 18:00, Night Shift - 18:00 to 06:00
  • Contract: Temp with opportunity for Perm
  • Full paid training

Your responsibilities:
  • Operation of plant equipment and systems
  • Being accountable for the production of high-quality products that are safe
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Complete robust daily plant start-up integrity check
You’ll need to be someone who is:
  • Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Happy working in a hot, loud environment
  • Have the ability to support other roles when required
  • Must be a flexible worker, available for some weekends
  • Happy to work 12-hour shifts days or nights (mainly days)

  • Proof of Right to work - Passport, Share code or Birth Certificate
  • Proof of National Insurance - NI Card, payslip or P45/P60
  • 1 years referencing details (Blue Arrow will apply for these)
  • Candidates are required to undertake a Food Hygiene test at home prior to induction
