Location: Ayr (Must be within a 45-minute travel distance)

Salary: £33,066 per annum + 3% commission

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:

  • As a representative of ScotRail, you'll create a safe, welcoming, and first-class experience for passengers. Your responsibilities include:
  • Ticketing & Transactions - Checking and issuing tickets, handling cash and card payments.
  • Train Patrol & Customer Support - Managing crowded conditions, assisting passengers, and resolving travel concerns.
  • Accessibility Assistance - Supporting passengers with disabilities as they board and alight trains, including using a portable ramp (weighing up to 15kg) when required. Your ability to stay calm, organised, and adaptable is key to ensuring a smooth and positive journey for everyone.
