P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently recruiting Picker/Packers to join their team based in Halesworth on a full-time, temporary basis. The ideal candidate will hold a driver’s licence and have their own transport.
Main Responsibilities:
- Picking/packing products.
- Working the fast paced production line.
- Optimising own time and resources to satisfy customer demand, in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
Person Specification:
- Capable of undertaking repetitive tasks.
- Desire to exceed targets.
- Team worker.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Ability to work without direct supervision and to work as part of a team.
- Able to work accurately within timescales, in a fast paced environment.

Working hours:
- Monday – Friday, shift work.
- Shifts alternate each week: 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.
