P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Role Summary:
You will be responsible for all incoming commercial enquiries and speaking to customers directly to build rapport, understanding their budget and project needs. You will then use your extensive product knowledge and creativity to craft presentations and quotes, which you will pitch to the customer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise inbound business enquiries.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their project needs.
- Produce pitch desks / sales presentations.
- Delivering pitch desks to win new business.
- Research potential trade and commercial customers and target with direct mail.
- Professional brand ambassador at all times.
Person Specification:
- Confident and personable.
- Able to present to groups of people remotely and in person.
- Creative eye and interest in interior design.
- Organised and able to self-manage workload to meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills.
Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
- Office based, hybrid or remote (with two days per month minimum in the Great Yarmouth office).
- Pension scheme.
- Work phone and laptop – if required.
- An initial holiday allowance of 25 days plus Bank Holidays.
- An additional one day will be accrued for each year for the first five years up to 30 days/year.
- An additional half a day each year with no upper limit.
