P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for a Customer Care Associate on a part-time, temporary basis, located in Lowestoft.
Main Responsibilities:
- The first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive world‑class service.
- Handling sales orders, managing delivery requirements, resolving technical queries, and supporting our sales team.
- Keeping up to date with product information and using a CRM system to add critical data.
- Processing and inputting orders by email and telephone.
- General office administration (scanning, archiving, filing etc).
Person Specification:
- Strong business and commercial skills in a customer service environment.
- GCSEs (grade C or above in English).
