P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for a Logistics Administrator on a full-time, temporary basis based in Great Yarmouth.
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting project teams with the co-ordination of daily workforce logistics and recruitment activities
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and mobilisation plans for personnel
- Support / provide information to HR and payroll departments
- Support management of new starts; Inductions, PPE, liaise with HR to organise employment contract
- Data Input β uploading certification, input of personal information onto OBT
- Communicating with employees β Both verbally and by email
- Answering queries β Replying to employees
Person Specification
- General office experience, computer literate, Word, Excel and using databases is essential.
- Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Attention to detail / accuracy required due to a high volume of data input.
Working Hours
- Monday β Friday 37.5 hours per week.
