P+S Recruitment are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an Office and Workshop Assistant to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a varied role supporting both the office and workshop operations, ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident using online systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with day to day office and workshop administration
- Obtaining supplier pricing and processing purchase orders
- Checking goods received against delivery notes
- Helping with packing and booking parcels via FedEx and other couriers
- Supporting stores and stock related tasks
- Handling customer queries and taking messages professionally
- Booking hotels and travel arrangements when required
- General administrative support as needed
Skills & Experience
- Previous office administration experience preferred
- MUST hold a driving license
- Forklift license would be advantageous
- Sage and stores/stock control experience desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working within structured processes
- Confident using the internet, email, and online booking systems
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support different areas of the business
- Good communication and customer service skills
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00
