P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for a Manufacturing Logistics Operator on a full-time, permanent basis based in Great Yarmouth.
Role Summary: Acting as the link between suppliers, the shop floor, and our customers, you’ll ensure the right components arrive at the right time to production lines and finished goods are dispatched safely and compliantly. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and being at the heart of operational flow.
Role Purpose: To synchronise the arrival of raw materials and components with the production schedule, while managing the efficient dispatch of finished goods. You will be the vital link between suppliers, the production floor, and the end customer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Goods In & Production Support
- Material Intake: Receive raw materials, chemicals, or sub-assemblies; verify against Purchase Orders and Certificates of Conformity (CoC).
- Quality Gatekeeping: Perform initial visual inspections for transit damage and escalate quality issues to the QC department before items reach the line.
