PS Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently recruiting a part-time administrator to support their team based in Great Yarmouth on a part-time temporary basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Formatting documents into the company’s format.
- Answering the telephone and taking messages.
- Organising busy email inbox.
- Updating and maintaining CRM system.
- Following company policies and procedures.
- Providing support to the sales team.
Person Specification:
- Must have good communication and organisational skills.
- Be able to work independently and can prioritise their own workload.
- Able to use own initiative.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Office experience.

Working hours:
Tuesday-Wednesday, 8:30am-16:30pm (can be flexible)
