P&S Recruitment are currently looking to build a strong candidate pool of experienced and reliable Forklift Drivers for upcoming opportunities with our clients. We are keen to speak with available candidates who hold valid forklift licences and are looking for ongoing or temporary work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Moving stock around warehouses and yard areas
  • Stacking and storing pallets
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
  • Following all site health & safety procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience operating forklift trucks within warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or yard environments
  • Confident using Counterbalance, Reach, Bendi/Flexi, or PPT trucks depending on site requirements
  • A valid and in-date forklift certificate/licence from a recognised accrediting body (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, AITT or equivalent)
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations and safe manual handling procedures
  • Strong awareness of workplace health & safety regulations and safe loading/unloading practices
  • Ability to complete daily equipment checks and report faults or damages promptly
  • Experience working to deadlines in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively
