P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently recruiting a part-time administrator to support their team based in Great Yarmouth on a part-time temporary basis.
Main Responsibilities
Formatting documents into the company\’s format.
Answering the telephone and taking messages.
Organising busy email inbox.
Updating and maintaining CRM system.
Following company policies and procedures.
Providing support to the sales team.
Person Specification
Must have good communication and organisational skills.
Be able to work independently and can prioritise their own workload.
Able to use own initiative.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
