What You’ll Be Doing
- Building a cold desk into a high‑performing division, with full backing from leadership
- Recruiting and mobilising skilled trades across de‑veg, scaffolding, welding, fabrication, and general rail labour
- Developing strong, long‑term relationships with clients, candidates, and site teams
- Managing compliance, certifications, and safety‑critical requirements
- Coordinating start dates, briefings, and ongoing workforce support
- Growing your desk into a team you will eventually lead
- Representing the P+S brand with professionalism, honesty, and pride

- A proven recruiter with experience in rail, civils, infrastructure, or specialist trades
- Someone who has built a desk before and thrives in a cold‑start environment
