Overview
P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Mobile Area Supervisor to work on a full-time, permanent basis based in Peterborough but will be required to travel to sites nationwide and must be willing to stay nights away.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple sites.
- Carry out cleaning duties and maintain high standards of work when required.
- Manage construction and commercial cleaning projects.
- Complete site visits, quality checks, and client updates.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company and client standards.
- Support the training and development of cleaning operatives.
- Complete site reports and required documentation.
Person Specification / Qualifications
- Previous cleaning industry experience (construction cleaning, commercial cleaning, or similar environments).
- Confident supervising teams but able to work hands-on.
- Understands the importance of health and safety.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Holds a CSCS card (or willing to obtain one with company support).
- UK travel is required.
