- Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with all warehouse operations and site maintenance activities.
- Receive, book in and store goods accurately and efficiently.
- Supply raw materials and finished goods to the Production department as required.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure stock is stored correctly.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts where authorised.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Carry out a variety of warehouse duties to support the efficient running of the operation.
- Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within a busy warehouse environment, ideally within manufacturing.
- Experience using a computerised warehouse management system.
- A valid UK Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Ideally hold a Bendi and/or Reach Forklift Licence.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- A self‑motivated attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- The flexibility to undertake a wide range of warehouse duties.
- A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a warehouse environment.
- Good housekeeping skills.
- Working Hours
Weekly rotating shifts: 05:45 – 14:45 / 13:00 – 22:00 41.25 hours per week.
