We are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Technical Consultants to fill a 6-9 month contract for our client working full-time in either London or Cheltenham. These roles will be supporting an OTSM Migration Project. This role is available in either London or Cheltenham and is 100% on-site. Enhanced DV clearance is mandatory.

What You Need To Succeed - Automation Consultant

  • Experience in a technical consultant or IT operations role.
  • Knowledge of automation runbook tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef or similar platforms.
  • Creating a workflow design demonstrating process mapping, problem solving and decision modelling.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, Groovy, and Bash.
  • Experience with orchestration languages such as YAML.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and integrating automation with third-party tools.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
  • Desirable Qualifications: ITIL V3/4 foundation.

  • Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and integrating automation with third-party tools.
