What You’ll Do:
Step into a meaningful role where no two days are the same. As a Support Worker, you’ll be making a genuine impact by:
* Encouraging independence and self-confidence
* Building strong, supportive relationships
* Creating a safe, empowering environment for those you support
* MUST be able to cover wake night shifts as part of your role
* Being flexible to travel and work across different locations as needed
What You Bring:
We’re not looking for superheroes – just real people who care deeply. If you’re:
* Compassionate, caring and reliable
* A great listener with excellent communication
* Calm, resilient, and positive – even when things get tough
* Willing and able to work flexible shifts reliably (consistency is key)
* Ideally a driver with access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential, if you are happy to use public transport)
* Happy to cover different shift patterns across different locations, including wake nights
