What You’ll Do:

  • Encouraging independence and self-confidence
  • Building strong, supportive relationships
  • Creating a safe, empowering environment for those you support
  • MUST be able to cover wake night shifts as part of your role
  • Being flexible to travel and work across different locations as needed

What You Bring:

  • Compassionate, caring and reliable
  • A great listener with excellent communication
  • Calm, resilient, and positive – even when things get tough
  • Willing and able to work flexible shifts reliably (consistency is key)
  • Ideally a driver with access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential, if you are happy to use public transport)
  • Happy to cover different shift patterns across different locations, including wake nights
  • New to care? No worries! Full training is provided.
