Working with a long standing organisation who have been providing support to Young People for over 15 years. A company that values, nurtures and really does put their young people and staff at the forefront of everything they do. You will be delivering support within a Semi Independent Supported Accommodation setting for 16-17 year old Looked After Children and Care Leavers. Every single day you will be playing a crucial role in providing practical and emotional support by providing trauma perceptive approaches in a therapeutic environment. This role is multifaceted focusing on empowerment to develop skills, confidence and resilience.

Child Protection - you will be given all the relevant training to ensure you are keeping our young people safe, we will empower you to work with multi agency professionals to ensure collaboration in the Young Persons journey. You will be given full reign to create events, activities that support the plan to improve staying safe, physical and emotional health, economic wellbeing, engaging with education, training and employment.
