What You’ll Do: Step into a meaningful role where no two days are the same. As a Support Worker, you’ll be making a genuine impact by:

- Building strong, supportive relationships

- MUST be able to cover wake night shifts as part of your role
- Being flexible to travel and work across different locations as needed
What You Bring: We’re not looking for superheroes – just real people who care deeply. If you’re:
- Compassionate, caring and reliable
- A great listener with excellent communication
- Calm, resilient, and positive – even when things get tough
- Willing and able to work flexible shifts reliably (consistency is key)
- Ideally a driver with access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential, if you are happy to use public transport)
- Happy to cover different shift patterns across different locations, including wake nights
