This is more than a job. It’s a chance to change lives.
About the Role

- Support young people to develop independent living skills (budgeting, cooking, cleaning, tenancy sustainment).
- Promote education, training, and employment opportunities.
- Encourage positive routines, healthy choices, and emotional wellbeing.
- Support with appointments, assessments, and multi-agency working.
- Complete accurate daily logs, support plans, and risk assessments.
- Use trauma-informed and person-centred approaches at all times.
- Act as a positive role model, offering guidance, boundaries, and encouragement.
