Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Residential Manager to lead a well-established Children's Residential Home. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to join a service with a stable, experienced staff team and strong operational foundations already in place. As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding are maintained at all times. You will lead and support an established team, promote a positive culture, and ensure the home continues to provide a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and management of the residential service.
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's residential care legislation.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
  • A commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
