The Role
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Recruitment Account Manager to manage and grow key client accounts within CYP and Mental Health services, with a strong temporary (temp desk) focus. You will take ownership of a busy temp desk, ensuring consistent candidate availability, excellent client service, and high fill rates across ongoing staffing requirements. This is a fast-paced, relationship-led role ideal for someone who enjoys managing daily bookings while developing long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing client accounts within CYP & Mental Health sectors
- Take full ownership of an active temporary recruitment desk
- Coordinate daily bookings, placements, and shift coverage efficiently
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of compliant temporary candidates
- Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Work closely with delivery consultants to ensure high-quality candidate matching
- Maintain compliance standards aligned with sector regulations

About You
