We are seeking an experienced and passionate CQC Registered Manager to lead a mental health residential service in Ormesby, Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity to take full responsibility for a well-established home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for adults with mental health needs. You will play a key role in driving standards, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold CQC registration and take overall responsibility for the service
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, manage, and develop the staff team to deliver outstanding care

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
