Supported Living Flexible Wake Night Shifts Competitive Pay + Enhancements Training Great Experience ll provide reassurance, safety and support during the hours when people may feel most vulnerable.
Some nights are calm, involving regular welfare checks, record keeping and helping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
Other nights may require you to respond to distress, anxiety or unexpected situations with patience, resilience and a calm approach.
You ll be there to listen without judgement, offer reassurance when it s needed most, promote independence and ensure the people you support feel safe and cared for throughout the night.
