We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established and highly regarded care and support provider for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their supported living service in Harlow, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social care professional looking to take the next step in their management career and play an important role in the safe, effective and person-centred running of the service.
About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Manager with the day-to-day running of the service and deputise fully in their absence. You will provide leadership, supervision and guidance to the support team while helping to ensure that people receive high-quality, person-centred support in a safe and positive environment. The role also includes participation in the Essex on-call rota.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Manager with the day-to-day running of the service and deputise in their absence.
