You will be delivering support within a Semi Independent Supported Accommodation setting for 16-17 year old Looked After Children and Care Leavers. Every single day you will be playing a crucial role in providing practical and emotional support by providing trauma perceptive approaches in a therapeutic environment. This role is multifaceted focusing on empowerment to develop skills, confidence and resilience, Interested โ lets read on Child Protection โ you will be given all the relevant training to ensure you are keeping our young people safe, we will empower you to work with multi agency professionals to ensure collaboration in the Young Persons journey You will be given full reign to create events, activities that support the plan to improve staying safe, physical and emotional health, economic wellbeing, engaging with education, training and employment. * You genuinely change lives You play a key role in helping young people move from instability to independence โ the impact you make is real, visible, and long-lasting. * No two days are ever the same Every shift brings new challenges, conversations, and wins.
