P+S care and support are looking for an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in our brand-new Chelmsford office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys having full ownership of the recruitment process — from winning new business and developing client relationships through to sourcing candidates, managing interviews and successfully placing talent. You’ll be joining a growing business with a modern new office, great facilities, a supportive team culture. The Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle, including: * Developing and managing your own client portfolio * Identifying and winning new business opportunities * Building strong, long-term relationships with clients * Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates * Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement * Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process * Growing your own market and becoming a specialist within your sector * Working towards and exceeding individual and team targets * Maintaining strong candidate and client relationships What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: * Confident generating new business and making sales calls * Resilient, ambitious and hungry for success * A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills * Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and clients * Keen to develop their career and take on greater responsibility What You’ll Get We believe great recruiters deserve a great environment to work in.
