Some nights might be quiet and settled, giving you time to complete observations, support routines and create a calm environment. Other nights can be very different, with distress, heightened emotions, disrupted sleep or a young person needing extra support and reassurance. You’ll need to stay alert, calm and patient throughout the night, responding when needed and ensuring the young person feels safe and supported. It might be a long night, but being there when they need you most can make all the difference. We’re looking for caring, reliable and resilient people who are passionate about helping children thrive.
