As a CYP Support Worker, no two days are the same.
Some days might be movies, popcorn, games with building positive relationships; other days can be more challenging, with heightened emotions, distressed behaviour or situations where a young person may go missing.
You'll need to stay calm, patient and resilient, supporting young people through difficult moments while celebrating the good ones.
