P+S Care & Support are recruiting Permanent Flexible Support Workers to provide person-centred, recovery-focused support to adults with enduring mental health needs across services and locations.
You will work with clients to identify goals, build confidence and develop practical skills to live independently, across a 7-day rota including evenings.
