You will support the Manager with day-to-day operations and deputise in their absence, providing leadership to the support team to ensure high-quality, person-centred care in a safe environment.
The role includes involvement in the Essex on-call rota, contributing to risk assessments, care plans and service reviews, and building positive relationships with families and commissioners.
