Your Contribution To Prysmian's Success

  • Deliver workplace inductions for visitors, contractors, and new starters – management of site digital induction.
  • Manage and maintain site training documentation, permits, and compliance records.
  • Organise any on-site training requested by site management, filing training records to ensure compliance and updating systems and matrices for the site.
  • Work as part of a team or individually, providing key support in delivering projects.
  • Provide basic first-level support for site digital tools and access systems.
  • Ad-hoc management of stationery, printer supplies for the office.
  • Raise purchase requisitions requested by management for procurement purposes.

You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are

  • Computer literacy is essential, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in conducting risk assessments preferably within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • A self-starter, proactive, and able to work without direct supervision.
  • Practical/pragmatic approach.
  • Previous audit experience is advantageous.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment and a willingness to learn and develop within this challenging role; previous involvement in Health and Safety and/or training would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with strong organisational ability.
  • Tenacity and the drive to succeed are additional qualities required in this role, plus the ability to work closely with the Site Management team to meet all goals concerning HSE.
