We are looking for an undergraduate student to join our busy Commercial team in the Power Distribution market. This role focuses on B2B sales with major UK clients in the Energy, Rail and Renewable industries.
What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain regular contact with customers to establish strong relationships
- Preparation of quotations and tenders
- Collating market intelligence
- Supporting the Key Account Managers
- Marketing duties – brochures / exhibitions
Who We Are Looking For
You will be an undergraduate ideally studying a business or economics related degree.
Skills and Competencies
- Professional attitude to work and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Enthusiasm to work in a business environment
- Team player possessing good communication/interpersonal skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Applications, particularly Word and Excel
We will provide all the training and support to allow your placement year to give a vital insight into the way business works and how it relates to the theory learnt during your studies. This will be a 12‑month placement beginning in July 2025.

This role is based at our Wrexham site: Oak Road, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham, LL13 9PH. Free car parking is available next to the site.
