Other Details 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays Your Role As an HSE Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence across the site.

Acting as both a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, you will ensure compliance with HSE standards, promote continuous improvement, and support leaders in building a strong and sustainable safety culture.

Key Responsibilities Maintaining and improving HSE Management Systems in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company HSE requirements.

Leading risk assessments and implementing preventive and corrective actions to reduce workplace risks.

Monitoring HSE performance through leading and lagging indicators and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Managing incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.

Influencing and supporting leadership teams to integrate safety into everyday decision-making.

Promoting employee engagement, hazard reporting, stop-work authority, and a proactive safety culture.

Representing the site during audits, inspections, and interactions with external authorities.

Leading, mentoring, and developing the site HSE team while partnering closely with operational leaders, employee representatives, and other stakeholders.

Supporting the deployment of Group HSE strategy and participating in local and cross-site HSE projects.

Your Experience To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced HSE professional with a strong technical background and a passion for creating safe, compliant, and high-performing workplaces.

You Will Bring A degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
