We currently have a position available in our Network Components factory for a CNC Programmer/Setter. Working on a 2 shift roster, 7.00am-3.00pm week one and then 11.00am-7.00pm week two.

Position:

The role will primarily involve programming, setting, and adjusting a range of CNC Machines (both multi and single axes) in order to manufacture a range of components (glands, connectors, and fixings) to the correct customer specification.

Successful Applicant Will:

  • Provide an excellent attendance and disciplinary record.
  • Be able to demonstrate through examples what you would be able to bring to the role.
  • Be able to provide examples of good housekeeping and health and safety standards.
  • A strong safety ethic and personal safety record.
  • Previous CNC setting preferred and technical certification is required.
  • Able to show enthusiasm and commitment to your work.
  • Have a positive attitude and be prepared to take the initiative and make decisions that support operational targets.
  • Showcase team working and communication skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate working well under pressure.
  • Have strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Have basic keyboard skills and IT aptitude for maintaining work records and relevant data recording.
