Prysmian is a global provider of cabling solutions that supports the energy transition and digital transformation. This role is focused on ensuring smooth onboarding and training for site personnel while maintaining compliance and supporting digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver workplace inductions for visitors, contractors and new starters.
  • Manage and maintain site training documentation, permits and compliance records.
  • Organise on‑site training requested by site management, file training records and keep systems and matrices up‑to‑date.
  • Provide basic first‑level support for site digital tools and access systems.
  • Ad‑hoc management of stationery and printer supplies for the office.
  • Raise purchase requisitions requested by management for procurement purposes.
  • Conduct risk assessments, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Participate in audit processes and assist with health, safety and environmental activities.
  • Work closely with the Site Management team to meet all HSE goals.

Qualifications

  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in conducting risk assessments within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Prior audit experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in health and safety and/or training is advantageous.
  • A self‑starter, proactive and able to work independently with a practical, pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Tenacity and a drive to succeed, with the ability to collaborate closely with Site Management.
