Join our busy manufacturing team in Wrexham as a Cable Maker. If you have worked in a factory or manual job before and are looking for a secure, long-term role with training and career development, we would love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on production role where you will be operating machinery and equipment to help make high-quality cable products. You will be part of a team that takes pride in doing things right, safely, and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Running machines and processes to keep production moving smoothly
  • Checking quality, keeping things clean and organised, and recording data
  • Supporting your team by preparing materials and keeping everything ready
  • Working safely and following training and guidelines
  • Helping us improve how we work and reduce waste

  • Experience in a fast-paced factory or manual work environment
  • A strong work ethic and a focus on safety
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills for recording work and checking data
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English

The roles will be working a continuous shift pattern of 4 on/4 off 2 days then 2 nights (7am-7pm/7pm–7am).
