Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:
- Deliver workplace inductions for visitors, contractors, and new starters.
- Management of site digital induction.
- Manage and maintain site training documentation, permits, and compliance records.
- Organise any on-site training that may be requested by site management, filing training records to ensure compliance and updating systems and matrixes for the site.
- Working as part of a team or as an individual providing key support in delivering projects.
- Provide basic first-level support for site digital tools and access systems.
- Ad hoc management of stationery, printer supplies for the office.
- Raise purchase requisitions requested by management for procurement purposes.
You are the right fit if you have/are:
- Computer literacy is essential, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in conducting risk assessments preferably within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- A self-starter, proactive, and able to work without direct supervision.
- Practical/pragmatic approach.
- Previous audit experience is advantageous.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment and a willingness to learn and develop within this challenging role.
- Previous involvement in Health and Safety and/or training would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with strong organisational ability.
- Tenacity and the drive to succeed are additional qualities required in this role plus the ability to work closely with the Site Management team to meet all goals concerning HSE.
