You will shape market strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead negotiations to expand Prysmian's footprint in splices, terminations and cable accessories. You will act as a product expert, educate clients, and manage strategic partnerships to unlock revenue and market share. Key responsibilities include:

  • Market research and analysis of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technologies in network components.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Utilities, EPCs, Contractors, OEMs, distributors, integrators, and end-users; lead contract negotiations and proposals.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with vendors and technology providers; manage co-marketing and co-development opportunities.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of network components and educate clients on benefits and solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams for go-to-market and product development.
  • Support cross-functional sales alignment with other teams to leverage Prysmian's market position.
  • Track sales metrics, customer feedback, and market performance; report to senior management.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years in business development, sales, or account management in technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
