Production Operative – Components

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join the Network Components team. This role requires a hands-on, flexible individual who can work to high standards across a variety of production tasks. Join a supportive and dynamic team where quality and safety are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Proven attendance and disciplinary record
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality
  • Strong safety ethic and commitment to maintaining health & safety standards
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
  • Basic IT and keyboard skills for recording work and maintaining data
  • Full training provided with opportunities for development
  • Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
  • Friday: 08:00 – 13:00
