Prysmian Group in Wrexham is seeking a Cables Production Manager to lead the manufacturing team, delivering targets within budget and timescales. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will motivate the team, drive alignment with Logistics, Maintenance, Engineering and QSHE, and foster a zero-harm safety culture.
You will optimise OEE and labour efficiency, forecast from volume requirements, manage inventory, support continuous improvement, and develop the site team through engagement.
