In this role, you will lead the UK demand planning process to ensure accurate forecasts aligned with inventory, production and capacity.
You’ll coordinate intercompany flows across regional and international colleagues to optimise supply and service levels.
The position involves building and tracking performance KPIs, and advancing digital reporting through tools like Qlik View and Power BI.
You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support strategic medium- to long‑term plans, with a focus on efficiency and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UK demand planning process with robust forecasts
- Facilitate regular forecast/demand review meetings with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Improve forecast accuracy and planning processes for service level and cost efficiency
- Act as the focal point for UK intercompany flows and coordinate with regional/international teams
- Develop and maintain a suite of supply chain KPIs and use data to drive improvements
- Utilise digital tools such as Qlik View and Power BI for reporting/analytics
- Support and deputise for the UK Supply Chain Manager and contribute to EU review meetings
- Contribute to medium and long‑term business planning
- Support and audit local Customs Compliance Department
