As a Material Specialist, you ensure the availability of raw materials and compounds to support smooth and uninterrupted production. Plan and manage end-to-end supply of compound raw materials. You will schedule in-house and intercompany compound production. Ensure alignment between material availability and production demand. You will manage the order and control direct and indirect materials, working closely with suppliers. Monitor stock levels, balancing availability, cost, and waste. Collaborate daily with Production Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams. Support administrative activities, including invoice validation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across processes and costs.

Your Experience

  • You bring a structured and collaborative approach, with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in materials planning, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Understanding of production processes and material flows.
  • Experience managing raw materials or production inputs.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high data accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and SAP.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and proactive mindset.
