Key Responsibilities
- Client Management
- Support planning and delivery of client programmes
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications
- Track coverage and campaign performance; deliver insightful reporting
- Assist with budgets, invoicing and account administration
- Build and maintain strong media relationships
- Draft and publish social media content and copy
- Write press releases, features, and client comms materials
- Support junior team members where relevant
- Participate in and contribute to brainstorms
- Identify and deliver proactive and reactive media opportunities
