This interim role supports the launch of new propositions by delivering high quality manual reconciliation and associated finance operations activities. The role holder focuses on accurate execution, adherence to defined processes and contributing to a strong control environment while interim solutions are in place.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform interim manual reconciliation activities in line with agreed procedures and control requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences, escalating issues where required.
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for all manual finance processes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Finance and Life Operations to support proposition launch activity.
  • Follow established controls and processes, highlighting risks, errors or inefficiencies.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the quality and efficiency of interim manual processes.
  • Support knowledge sharing and documentation to ensure consistent delivery.
